Proposed amendments
The aim is to establish equality between male and female heirs to allow both of them to benefit from an exemption from duties on transfer of all rights and movable and immovable assets for her spouse and each of her minor children.

This article was amended in 2011 (Official Gazette volume 41-law n°179).
